My approach is warm, collaborative, and tailored to your needs. I draw from CBT, IFS, Family Systems, somatic and sensorimotor work, Interpersonal Neurobiology, Solution-Focused Therapy, and Person-Centered Therapy. 

I offer faith‑based counseling if you want it. I’m a Christian, and I’m happy to include spiritual perspectives when they’re helpful for you — and I fully respect clients who prefer a non‑faith‑based approach.
